Frost/Nixon (2008) – 3.5/5

Solid film. Well directed and acted, though Kevin Bacon seemed a bit off for some reason. I especially liked the actor who played Frost and his many wacky facial expressions during the interview; pretending to be intimidated is not as easy as it looks.

Ron Howard has the most amazing ability to make consistently good films. They’re not great, usually, but they’re rarely poor. They’re solid, entertaining flicks for the most part, with very little “wrong” with them. How does he do it?

Overall, good film. Sam Rockwell is underused, but he’s still good. A good, solid film. Nothing to complain about. At all. Just a good, solid, concrete, well-rounded film.
