Man on Fire (2004) – 4/5

Not a bad film. It’s at its best when Tony Scott isn’t hitting you over the head with his excessive “style” though, which, luckily, isn’t very often. The plot is also not bad, though there were some minor inconsistencies, like why the kidnapping even took place to begin with. Other than that, a good film, and another brilliant performance from Denzel Washington. That man can do no wrong.
